Organic restaurant located in the north of Pau. Offer creative meals prepared using local produce. Drinks menu includes fresh fruit and vegetable juices, beer, cider, wine from local organic family farms, aperitif, tea, and coffee. The atmosphere is pleasant. Reservation suggested for dinner. Change of owners since 2013. Reported now fully vegan June 2019. Open Tue-Sat 12:00-14:00, 19:00-21:00.

Avec le menu complet, on sort clairement repu! En entrée j ai pris les "sushis" à la betterave. Agréablement surpris alors que je ne suis pas fan de betterave. La petite sauce servie avec, n' a pas beaucoup de goût et n apporte rien. Ensuite le plat à base de patate douce et de topinambour. Convaincant. L entrée et le plat ont été servis avec un pain excellent. Le dessert (gâteau ananas, coco...) est pas mal. Pas incroyable mais très bien équilibré (pas trop sucré)

Portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly. Organic and local products, a big plus. A bit disappointed by the flavours and care given to the presentation - could use more spice and a greater variety of textures. I think it’s great that the city has one fully vegan place though.

Cute place at the corner of the street. Ordered a mixed plate recommended by the chef. Vegetables, home made falafel, polenta… all very cool, but missed some flavour. Would be good for kids though 😉

Travelling to work HQ for meetings this week and was overjoyed when the team opted to all come here so I could have at least one *proper* vegan meal. All 7 of us cleaned all of our plates and spent a lovely few hours chatting over food and drink. Lovely atmosphere and more classically “whole foods” based than some newer vegan eateries I’ve been to.

The restaurant has a lovely vegetarian old-school vibe but is fully vegan. They serve unsophisticated but delicious vegan food, focusing on traditional home made WFPB dishes with legumes, grains and vegetables and no use of mock meats at all. The menu of the day consists of a combo which is tasty, filling and colourful.

Les plats étaient copieux, très bien présentés. Nous avons demandé des doggy bag car nous n'avons pu finir nos plats et nous sommes toutes deux reparties avec.
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant, la nourriture est excellente et le service très agréable.

Il y a beaucoup de choix variés et plutôt raffinés. Frais, goûteux, à peu près copieux. Le restaurant a une ambiance très agréable et une belle décoration. Totalement vegan depuis quelques mois.

super restaurant ! Cuisine avec des aliments frais de saison. Ici, pas de simili-carnés, mais des plats revisités en version végétalienne (ex : courgettes farcies au chili de lentilles, en photo) avec des ingrédients sains (légumineuses, chanvre, graines de chia, ...). En plus, ces ingrédients sont naturellement très riches en nutriments (protéines, oméga 3, ...).

Booked here for a birthday lunch and we weren’t disappointed. One vegan, one vegetarian and one lactose intolerant and we all enjoyed the daily special, which was a plate full of many different things to try. There’s a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and as a bonus they speak English! 😊

Most restaurants in France will accommodate vegans or at the very least vegetarians. Albeit often the choice is limited to just one item from the menu and then even that has to be modified.

Many if not post people in the world assume they are eating "healthy" food. But they do so largely from a position of ignorance cowered by the deluge of marketing from the meat and dairy industry.
No so here. Underpinned by organic produce the healthful qualities go much beyond that. A whole-food plant based diet is at its best when "varied" comes to the fore, and so it did today. Whether it was the odd pomegranate seed or the slice of melon or the tang of zesty orange. Whatever the native flavours were able to speak for themselves.
My one niggle was the salad on one dish had oil on it, and as a low-oil advocate that will never compare with a salad bursting with freshness. But that is small when compared with the ability to enjoy beetroot curry, a real first!

Restaurant decouvert Ce soir Avec mom frere et ma belle-soeur, tous deux omni et conquis par la cuisine du chef! Nous avons pris le menu complet (entree-plat-dessert) et sommes repartis repus et satisfaits. Delicieuse soupe de lentille basilic et crumble au kamut, farine de chanvre et carotte en entree, suivi de brick au pois-chich sur polenta aux tomates sechées, roulés aubergines-bettetaves et cake au lentille et garam-masala, puis galette champignons haricot rouge et noisette sauce tomate-pruneaux pour suivre. Une bonne biere au chanvre pour faire passer le tout, et enfin de superbes truffes et une magnifique tarte peche-canneberge (Avec farine de riz et d'amande) pour la touche sucrée.
