Nice outdoor seating, a bit expensive - Edit
We wanted to sit at an outdoor cafe near the champs-elysées, but the other place listed in happy cow smelled like fish!! This was not smelly! Plus on a quiet side street. Food was average. 24€ for pasta and tomato sauce, but I was hungry so it was good! 10€ Coke too! Lololol!
