Snack bar in Utrecht - Edit
Go here if you want to try vegan version of Dutch bitterballen, vlammetjes and kaassouflé. According to Dutch nonvegan boyfriend they taste really good, similar to the real deal! We also had. Loaded fries, can recommend the one with chili cheese. Super yummi! Only negative is that they didn’t have beer.

Writing this from the perspective of not liking fast food nor Dutch cuisine, this place is good. It’s inexpensive, in a great location, with a small outside seating area, and a friendly staff. Nice if you need something quick that will fill you up. I had the bitterballengarnituur and a no-chicken wrap which was probably the least junky option. It’s what you expect from this type of food. Wouldn’t go there for the flavor but nice if you need something quick

Crispy deep fried snacks served by friendly staff. Husband said the vegan frikandel was spot on. Food was yummy and restaurant was clean. Limited bar seating inside and a few tables outside.

Last Vegas is a vegan snackbar, and that’s that. It’s great that they offer sweet potato fries as well. I loved the kapsalon, but the portion was a tad too big and there was a bit too much garlic sauce that caused the fries to go really soggy real fast. But yummy nonetheless!
Read moreI didn’t really like the Elvis burger though. The fish was a bit too oily and the bun was way too soft. Last Vegas is a great addition to the vegan scene in Utrecht though, especially since they’re open until late.

Best kapsalon ever - Edit
We've been here a couple of times and their kapsalon never fails to amaze us. It's the best by far and made in a timely manner. The staff is a delight to be around and are always open for a chat! All in all definitely go here if you're looking for vegan kapsalon in the Netherlands.

This is a nice vegan version of the typical snack-bars serving fast deep-fried junk food at night (or any time of day for that matter) that's part of Dutch culture. If you're vegan, you can still indulge.

This place was so good!!! I had never been to a fully vegan snack bar before this, and this one certainly didn't disappoint.
Read moreIt has plenty of options - I went for the kapsalon (if you get the house sambal with it, make sure you mix it all in!!) and it was very tasty. It was the first time I'd had it with thinly sliced vegan "kebab" rather than the thicker shoarma pieces, and I really enjoyed that texture. Beautifully melted vegan cheese and garlic sauce too, with some salad to top it all off. Delicious.
My boyfriend went for the jackfruit rendang pita - you could also get the jackfruit rendang as a kapsalon, but he wanted something a bit lighter so he has it in a pita rather than over fries.
I think it's really nice that you can have the main dishes dressed up in different ways - as loaded fries, in a pita or in a wrap. It's versatile, and you can pick based on how hungry you feel. The portions look quite small, but we were both happily full at the end!
We also got the kombucha, that was very tasty too.
Overall, great experience at this place. I will eat here again when I'm back in Utrecht!

Superleuke plek voor de last vega's die na het stappen nog willen snacken! Geheel in de stijl van Las Vegas hangt er een rad aan de muur waar je voor 5 euro een zakje zout of een hele kapsalon kunt winnen. Het menu is bijna helemaal vegan op 2 snacks na. De eigenaar vertelde ons dat de laatste niet-vegan snacks binnenkort van het menu verdwijnen.
