Addictive Cookies!

Love that I can still have crossaints, pain au chocolat as a vegan - I was recovering from a night out and they delivered to my hotel. The cookies are insanely good!

Pros: Taste, Quality , Convenience

Boulangerie 100% vegan

Très pratique d’avoir enfin une boulangerie vegan dans ce quartier!!! Le pain est top tout comme leur viennoiserie, même une personne non vegan ne verrait pas la différence

Fantastic vegan boulangerie!

All vegan boulangerie which made it difficultnot to try every single thing! Very cozy to sit and have a break or have breakfast. And they have four shops in Paris, so you have to try it when you're in town!

Great bakery with lots of sweet and savoury stuff

Great vegan bakery!
We tried 2 sandwiches:
- Sandwich Fermier with soy medaillons and cole slaw (really good)
- Sandwich Mediterranéen (Caprese style) (was okay)

We also tried some sweet goods:
- Croissant: just what you expect from a croissant
- Pain au chocolat: good, but not much filling
- Flan chocolat: very chocolatey, very good
- Succès Praliné Citron: Nougat Macaron with nougat filling and a citrus core. This was my absolute favorite. So delicious.

I definitely recommend coming here.
It does get very crowded though.

Pros: So many choices, Delicious, All vegan

Outstanding vegan pastries!

Fine French pastries that are vegan, what more could you want?

The chocolate almond croissant specifically is to die for, as is the hazelnut chocolate pastry (don’t know the actual name, see pic). I wish I could’ve tried everything.

Pros: All vegan!

Cons: Nothing!

Yummy

Pros: Yummy food, Big choice, Nice staff

Delicious

Everything I had was delicious: pain au chocolat, moon bread, monkey cookie, umami sandwich, and partisan sandwich. I also felt it was reasonably priced based on similar places and the area. One of the few options I found with solid protein in the sandwich options (umami sandwich has smoked tofu).

Pros: Pastries, Sandwiches, Cookies

Love/Like

Land and Monkeys’ Amsterdam location is a serviceable Parisian vegan cafe offering vegan sweets and savory options. We ordered the bacon quiche, a croissant, pan au chocolate, and chocolate-covered marshmallow monkeys.
Although small, the cafe never feels cramped. It’s cozy with ample room to spread out. In contrast, the staircase up to the bathroom is a threat to your health—beware the second stair from the top. The floor and tables needed a cleaning and a sweep but weren’t intolerably dirty.
The bacon quiche made my jaw drop. It’s eggy, oily, moist, and fluffy in all the best ways. The flaky, crisp crust contrasts the egg and creates a melody of texture.
The croissant is flaky and fluffy, always holding its shape after each bite, but tastes generic with no notes of butter or grain. The pan au chocolate has the same shape-holding structure and generic taste but also skimps on the chocolate.
The chocolate-covered marshmallow monkey transports you to the childhood fever of Easter. The fluffy, whipped, dense marshmallow is covered with a thick chocolate coating, delivering a satisfying holiday treat.
Our visit was uneven. There is a lot to love but also a lot to disappoint. If you’re in the area and need a stop, it’s a great place. Just stick to certain items and beware the stairs.

Pros: Location, Atmosphere

Cons: Stairs to bathroom

A great choice

A great vegan bakery, we had a Sandwich, some small cakes, pain au chocolat and more and were very pleased with every single item. The prices are fair. Would have come back every morning if possible.

Pros: Service, Taste, Choices

Cons: Sparse seating

Makes you wanna move to Paris

I think my brain short-circuited for a minute when entering Land & Monkeys and being confronted with their tantalising offer, that made me want to try more than I knew I could eat.
Their pistachio cookie is a whole other level, the banana bread was moist and flavoursome and the chai latte made me doubt reality by how extraordinary it tasted. The lady serving us was appropriately enough sweet and the interior is a cute spot to enjoy their goodies inside. I love the company’s philosophy; especially the fact that they donate 1% of their sales to animal welfare. They are also so kind to have a baking book available, which contains many recipes of their treats.

Vegan Bakery and much more

Beautiful and delicious pastries, drinks and snacks. Their goal is to provide first, very tasteful and then, vegan pastries. There are other stores in Paris. More than a bakery, the company also emphasises in lots of CSR criteria in its development. Definitely a place to go !

Pros: Taste, Quality, Philosophy

Amazing vegan pastry and lunch

This was a great all vegan place! They have a nice lunch deal for 10,50 euros. But be there on time, especially on weekends. I was there at 1 PM and most sandwiches were already sold out. The one I had though was still good.

The pastries were also great. I only tried the carrot cake which was very moist and delicious. The patisserie was great too, not too heavy and very tasty. Not cheap tho.

Staff is friendly and speaks English. Only thing is that the toilet is inconveniently located.

Vegan bakery

We had a croissant, pain au chocolat and oat milk latte. The croissant was nice and was happy to find vegan pastries, but the pain au chocolat wasn’t great, and the latte was only half full in the cup and not very milky! Nice if you’re near but there are probably better options.

If you want to leave all your money in one place, L&M is the way to go!

I can't even describe the pleasure for a vegan foodie, it's beyond words.... and now, writing this, i have realized their chocolate flan is what's missing from today! ☺️

Pros: Everything , Service , Everything

Relaxed nice place

Tried out the breakfast and the lunch menu (at the same time around 11.45am). It’s nice that they have those menus and everything we had was tasty BUT I find it a bit cheap how they restrict it. You can have „all“ viennoiseries but only those under 3€. Turns out there’s not much left than. You can have all warm drinks but only those under 5€ (which excludes everything but coffee/ what if s.o. doesn’t like coffee?). Still overall a nice place with a relaxed atmosphere. #Veganuary

Pros: A lot of options as it’s all vegan, Relaxed atmosphere, Breakfast and lunch menus

Cons: Menus are very restricted , Higher prices for in-house staying

Wish I could put one star.. staff bad attitude

Very unpleasant experience. Everybody talked about how amazing was this place so I went (maybe I went in the wrong branch I dunno) but the staff lady was rude from the beginning, asked me what I had in my bag (maybe she thought it was food from another place..) then she told us they were closing around 19:00 (it was only 17:00 when we went there…) and the food was almost sold out . She also went to smoke WHILE on shift .The marble cake was mediocre and the drink just okay. I had more yummy vegan food here in Tokyo. Paris it’s not so vegan friendly like they wanna make you believe. Better Japan or Italy for sure. I’ll never go to that place again!!! I’ve heard that lady was rude to other people too and they also have rats inside the shop. Absurd. I wanna support vegan shop but this is NOT worthy #Veganuary

Pros: All vegan

Cons: Rude staff , They have rats , Hell expensive

Try another one but everyone should avoid this particular place. I tried others and it was nice. Also it’s cheaper to takeaway, the price to eat there per each item is crazy even for French people

Love land and monkeys

I genuinely have to restrain myself from not spending all my money at land and monkeys! I go twice a week. It was my first time going to this location. A bit of a smaller chain but still great nonetheless😄
