Breakfast in Rome - Edit
I had a plate full of delicious vegan food. There was fruit, corissant, coffee, juice... The place is next to the coliseum so it's easy to reach.

Great vegan breakfast - Edit
We spent four days in Rome and although finding lunch and dinner options was pretty easy, finding vegan breakfast was tricky with not many options. Breakfast in Rome is typically a pastry with a coffee and that was what we were looking for.
Read moreThis place has a vegan breakfast which includes a pastry, a cake and fruit orange juice and cappuccino - more than we expected as the menu just states about the pastry and coffee.
It’s near the colosseum so we went there before visiting that which worked perfectly. The streets around there are nice for a little explore too.
We sat outside which was lovely. Good mix of visitors and locals which is always nice.
Pros: Great vegan breakfast , Near colosseum , Not just tourists
Cons: Not many choices

Informative and happy to help! - Edit
The staff reassured me on which items on the menu were vegan. I chose the tofu salad with walnuts, lots of green and purple lettuce as well as cherry tomatoes with sourdough bread on the side. The tofu itself was okay, but could have been marinated in some sort of sauce, maybe BBQ-style tofu would be good, but it was pretty bland, and you could tell it was just fried off in oil. There was too much lettuce and the salad had no sauce or dressing. Adding avocado or dressing would be better. Overall, fairly pleased with the overall service, but the food itself was bland.

Cons: Bland food in regards with the salad

Friendly neighborhood cafe - Edit
Really liked this cute little neighborhood spot, with the friendliest waiter who made sure I got a lovely vegan sandwich with veggies instead of a vegan pastry when I asked for something savory rather than sweet. Big plus for the creamiest soy milk foam on my cappuccino.

not very vegan friendly - Edit
i’m not sure that a single vegan croissant and oat milk cappuccino really qualifies as a “vegan breakfast”. there were no other vegan options than this croissant, bar a very sweet chocolate muffin.

Great Vegan Croissants & Juice - Edit
We found this place by accident walking back from the Colloseum and it was surprisingly great. The only vegan food options are vegan croissants in natural, hazelnut, walnut or jam version or a pain de chocolate also vegan. We ordered a croissant and chocolate pain and they were truly amazing! I also had a kiwi & carrot juice and my bf had a capucino with oat milk (his fav milk)!

Clearly labelled vegan croissants - Edit
Nice to see croissants clearly labelled vegan. Would prefer even more choices though as there were just two options.

Vegan option - super lovely - Edit
Service was so good will definitely be back. As with all proper Italian spots they have a set amount of the pastries each day so if you want a vegan one make sure you get in earlier. 9€ for cappuccino w plant based milk, orange juice, croissant, and little cake. Will keep your non vegan travellers happy too with a range of options!

Incredible!! - Edit
I went here multiple times during my trip to Rome! They have a clearly labeled vegan breakfast, which consists of fresh orange juice, a cappuccino (multiple milk options including oat, soy, and almond), a vegan croissant and a small vegan cake (I had chocolate one day and carrot the other day). The food, coffee and juice were all incredible. If I lived in Rome I would go there every single day!

I had the best chocolate pastry so far in Rome. And so many milk options for cappuccinos. Great service that was fun and friendly too. A definite winner.

I had the vegan breakfast meal here every morning while in Rome. It was a cappuccino with the option of soy, almond, oat, or hazelnut milk, fresh squeezed orange juice, two cornettos, and a biscuit for €9.

Great place - Edit
Really nice place. I went there to get breakfast before visiting the colloseum. I just ordered the vegan breakfast with a cappuccino with soy milk. The staff was very friendly, and the food delicious. I haven’t had a croissant in years (I usually don’t bother with them) and I loved them. The orange croissant was special, but very refreshing. I didn’t see too many vegan options, but I also didn’t ask, as I was happy with the vegan breakfast. I noticed on the menu though that there are a couple vegan salad options (with seitan or tofu). Can totally recommend!

5 minutes from Colessum - Edit
I came for lunch, you pick your plate and pay for the weight. I told the staff they could pick whatever as long it was vegan and it was sooo good! The food bottle of water and a soy cappuccino for 11,5 Euro. Very nice and helpful staff, if you sit by the window you have a great view of colosseum.
