Llegamos pasadas las 3PM y con mucha hambre. Pedimos dos bandejas de $19.000, quien nos atendió nos ofreció un poquito de todo porque ya estaban cerrando. La bandeja fue de tal tamaño que pedimos para llevar. La comida estaba deliciosa. Definitivamente excelente precio por calidad y cantidad.

La sopa tiene que ser la más abundante que he probado hasta ahora para un menú del día.
Muchas verduras, incluidas patatas, yuca, zanahorias y maíz dulce.

Lots of veges including potatoes, yuca, carrots, sweetcorn.
The main plate consisted of seitan chichcharron and seitan fillets, rice, salad, and a massive yuca.
Great flavours and the staff are really attentive.

Los almuerzos de la Campoteca son conocidos por el gran tamaño de sus porciones, al servirlo advierten que es bastante y por eso mismo también ofrecen dos tipos de Bowl que son un poco más pequeños que la bandeja de almuerzo y se sirven sin sopa.

We had meal of the day and it was very good, also very big. I saw someone get a smaller plate of the main dish which I think would be fine for most people. The soup in particular was very good. The restaurant has plenty of tables and they are of decent in size. Staff were also very helpful and friendly

I'm not a big fan of homemade lunches in vegetarian restaurants, but I had heard about this place and didn't want to pass it up. Their food is very well seasoned and the portions are hugeeee! and you can combine several of the dishes available. Their empanadas are glorious.

No soy fanatico de los almuerzos caseros en restaurantes vegetarianos, pero ya había escuchado de este lugar y no quería dejarlo pasar. Su comida tiene muy buen sazón y las porciones son enormes y de los menús del día disponibles, se pueden combinar varios de ellos. Sus empanadas son gloriosas.
También venden Tamales, arepas, empanandas, papas rellenas, seitan precocido y otros productos de alacena.

The best traditional vegan Colombian food I’ve ever eaten! - Edit
La Campoteca is a completely understated gem. Tucked in a side street I stumbled on it when I asked the coffee shop owner if he knew any vegan restaurants. When he pointed it out I thought I had died and gone to heaven. The staff is so friendly and Gloria, the owner, and my son and I became fast friends. Their vegan tamales were packed with plant-based goodness, enough for two meals and delicious. We took a couple of their empanadas to go And came back every day after. Gloria is teaching us how to make the tamales today and has a small store selling the plant-based proteins so that my son can take it back to his small city where he is working for the next 5 months. There is nothing fancy about this restaurant and it appears typical for every other restaurant that is serving a meal of the day.
