A single but satisfying vegan option - Edit
La Brasserie has the great advantage of being centrally located in Bergerac and open every day. The place has a pleasant English pub style, and the staff are efficient. They only have one vegan option on the menu (clearly marked): a bagel with roasted vegetables, served with French fries and salad. The roasted vegetables are very good, and with the avocado, the whole thing is fairly satisfying for an unpretentious meal. If there were other vegan options, it would be more attractive, that's for sure, but the Brasserie can be helpful when nothing else is open.
