Serves meat, vegan options available. Wood-fired pizzeria which makes everything from scratch in house from as many local ingredients as possible. Uses own vegan red pepper cheddar. Vegan options are indicated with (V) on the menu and include dressed greens, bread & spread, fried tomato avocado toast, quesadilla, primavera, and Tenser's floating disc pizza. Many others are available vegan upon request. As everything is made to order, fresh pans are used for each dish. Open Tue-Thu 4:00pm-9:00pm, Fri 4:00pm-10:00pm, Sat 12:00pm-10:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-9:00pm.

Totally Impressed!

It was so delicious. Wish we lived closer and that their dinning room was open. Best meal I’ve ever eaten in a hotel room.

Finally good vegan in this end of BTV. Worth the trip away from downtown.

Finally a gourmet vegan option in Burlington’s New North End. Have tried all the vegan pizza in town and this is by far the best. Also, they sub seitan for the chicken dishes, have a vegan quesadilla and other dishes can be made to accommodate vegan. Even carrying specific vegan beers and wines. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Pros: Many vegan options, Can be made vegan means they have seitan! , red pepper cheddar and pesto is vegan and amazing
