Wonderful

Went for breakfast right 8am and I had the mediterranean toast, a healthy muffin and the granola with oatmilk. The granola was the best I've ever had and the girl at the counter was very friendly. Will return for sure!

Quick takeaway, can’t go wrong

This is a small takeaway restaurant in the PATH that mostly serves one-bowl meals. Everything is vegan and gluten free. I’ve had nearly every bowl on offer at K&K, and most of the desserts. They’re all wonderful - you can’t go wrong with what you order. The Oaxaca bowl is my favourite. Depending on who makes your bowl, the serving size can vary significantly. I find that at lunch it tends to be smallest, and after the dinner rush it’s the largest. The protein content of the bowls can vary widely, with some having negligible amounts (read the description before ordering if this is a concern). You’re normally looking at about $12 to $15 for a bowl.

Delicious & healthy! Non-vegan friends liked it too😄

I really liked the ingredients for the “build your own bowl,” and it comes with generous servings. Non-vegan friends got the tahini burger and really enjoyed it too!

Oaxaca Salad!

Really a great option if you want to grab something quick and head outside for a lovely break in the park during the dog days of summer. Healthy, fresh, quick foods. Also had the almond date chia drink, very lovely as well.

Pros: Breakfast and lunch options, Central location , Quick service

Really Not Very Exciting

I don't really get why K&K is so popular & (seemingly) beloved. It's not cheap, the portions aren't great and the stuff is pretty dull. Yeah, it's "wheatless & meatless" but if they wanted to be honest, they should have tacked on "flavorless". You pay twelve bucks for this box of rice, beans, some veggies and two measly cubes of tofu...and so what? I guess it's quick & nutritious but it doesn't do anything for me.

Pros: Quick & healthy

Cons: Expensive, Not filling, Fairly bland

healthy, fast, mostly organic

I really like Kupfert and Kim although their prices have shot up in recent times and their portions may have gotten smaller (not sure, perhaps just their packaging has). Still, it's a pretty good deal for what you get.
The combinations of flavours are delicious and super healthy. I love the First Canadian box. The burgers are really good too.
Best place in downtown Toronto for healthy, vegan, gluten free food - and relatively affordable.

Pros: healthy, very tasty, friendly

Cons: prices rising, closed too early

Amazing food

I love that this company makes healthy food taste delicious. Their sauces are unique and their meals are enjoyed by all diet types. My favourite smoothie there is the Vanilla Cacao Milkshake. My favourite treat is the Paleo cookie and my favourite box is the Curry Bowl.

Pros: Allowed to modify meals, Vegan and gluten free, Cares about the environment

Cons: Maybe too much sauce added to the meals

Nice fast-food option

A popular all vegan and gluten-free fast food eatery in a food court, it can have long lines although it moves fast. Everyone was pleased with their bowls. I wish they were open later so that I could eat there for dinner as well.

Great takeout place

I found this place while on a business trip to Toronto. I often have difficulties finding healthy food in a hurry, especially while travelling, but Kupfert and Kim made it easy. Their dishes are quite tasty and, even though the lines can be quite long, they seem to serve people quickly. The only downside to this place is that, like all other shops in this part of the underground, it is closed on weekends. If you're in the business district on a weekend (like I was) you'll have to find something else.

Pros: Good food, Fast, Healthy

Cons: Not open late, Not open on weekends
