This place is very popular and the queue is always out the door! There is one vegan chocolate cake which was nice, not too sweet and went well with tea. Had a proper English tea with tea leaves left to brew and served hot with soya milk. Really great place for tea and cake 😊
Great Coffee, Good Pastry, and Nice Workers - Edit
The title says it all. I got an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk, and it was delicious. I also ordered a chocolate cake, which was yummy. It was slightly dry and crumbled when picking it apart, but the bottom was pleasantly dense and chocolatey like brownie edges. We did wait maybe 10 minutes (the line goes out the door), but it moves fast. My only complaint is that it is pricey, but that's to be expected in a touristy spot. A latte runs you $6.50, the oat milk was $1.00, and the vanilla syrup was $1.00. The chocolate cake was $4.00. Otherwise, nice little place.
Most coffee shops in Honolulu don't have a vegan dessert. This would don't. It's not a vegan place. The other baked goods are not vegan but it fill the need when you have it. The coffee is really good. almond milk available.
