Delicious miso soup and gyoza! - Edit
We have struggled to find good vegan options in the South of France so it was a treat to discover we had actual options at Hozu! We had the miso soup which was honestly one of the best miso soups I've had. The veg gyoza was also a standout. We also shared edamame beans, a veg sushi platter and some veg noodles.
