Best vegan cake in town! - Edit
We did a coffee and cake on a Saturday morning. The owner was just finishing a big wedding cake. It looks amazing!! The cakes are not so sweet and the tasting is really good!

The chzcake tasted like yogurt. Which is taste I do not like. I'm usually into cashew ones. So if you like yogurt it's for you. They might change it up.
The marble cake was cold which wasn't so great. It was a little dry for me.
The apricot cake wasn't sweet enough for me.
The lavender iced cookie had a cakey texture with a lemon and lemongrass flavor. It was amazing. I got a second one. The flavor combo was fancy and nuanced.
We came near closing time and ordered hot tea. We also loved the experience of trying out all the desserts and drinking tea even if most of the desserts weren't great to me. I'm sure I could have had better things if I came in the morning when things are baked fresh.

Wow everything I ate and drank here was so delicious (green soup with bread spread, soft chocolate/nuts pie, another pie, orange juice and smoothie).

Beautiful cosy place. Close to the Westerpark (across the street), great staff (especially the owner seems to be a sweetheart). Mostly warm drinks and sweets like pies, cookies. Always lot of different options. A vegan high tea!!! Very nice!!!

This is the kind of cosiness you simply want to bottle and keep for ever. An utterly delightful place set gorgeously on a corner of a gorgeous canal lined street bordering Westerpark. Once inside you could just melt with awe as the cakes and other vegan delights are visible on the counter, Get a window seat if you can, you'll love it. Seating is limited at approximately 10-12. It's all vegan and you can get some decent sandwiches as well as beautifully presented cakes. We had a huge slice of chocolate cake to share. It was sublime, nice and light with a really tasty filling and icing. €2 will get you a coffee and €3-4 a piece of cake. They also do a London Ritz style bumper high tea where you can indulge in a stack of sandwiches and vegan sweet and savoury delights at €19.95 per person. I can imagine that being a long but enjoyable sitting. It was definitely worth the 25 minute walk from IJdok to get here.

I adore this place!! I have come here so many times for really good coffee or juices and a piece of delicious cake/pie. The location is nice, especially in summertime and the venue is super cozy and warming. My dream is to have a high tea here someday because that looked absolutely devine!!

coffee is perfect.
service was with a smile and they genuinely cared about what was being served up.
my vegan partner give this place the high accolade of best café in the world.

This cafe is very nice and cozy. To be honest a great place to have a drink with a snack. I am not a coffee drinker but they have nice alternatives! The availability of oatly is also a plus.

Really nice cafe, it's worth the walk from the main town to try it. I would love to sample the high tea which looked fantastic but unfortunately we didn't have room on our visit. We opted for coffee and cake which was delicious.

A Wonderful Find! - Edit
What an amazing find. We walked from the place we were staying, so it was about 2 miles away, but well worth the walk. We had vegan croissants, something I haven't had since I went vegan almost 8 years ago! The juice was fresh squeezed and delicious. I took home a scone (maybe a cookie?) and devoured it that night. The owner was so genuine and kind. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I took the tram here (just a quick walk from the end of the #10 tram line). It's a small vegan cafe on the corner of two streets. We walked in and sat ourselves. They had menus in both English and Dutch. Be aware that there are also daily pastries and cakes at the counter that are not on the menu. I ordered a pear and almond pastry from the counter with a cappuccino (with almond milk), while my husband got the soy yogurt with granola and fruit salad, with a latte macchiato. All of this was amazing! It was absolutely without a doubt worth our 25 minute trip to the cafe. The pastry. Omg. Melt in your mouth deliciousness! And it went perfectly with my cappuccino. My husband loved his gorgeous breakfast, and his fruit salad had some lovely exotic fruits that we don't find easily in the US (passion fruit and gooseberries). We had such a lovely, leisurely late breakfast here. By the way, the menu says that they prefer payment via card. Finally, the service was wonderful. We were waited upon by a sweet, very friendly young woman. Wonderful service and a wonderful meal. We would definitely return!

They've earned a reputation in Amsterdam for having a delicious selection of cakes, so we went there to check it out. Both slices we had were very tasty. The same goes for the sandwiches we ordered. Not a place for a full meal, but rather for high tea, snack or a sweet thing. Staff was friendly.
