Food truck turned storefront here in 2018. It's a social project where migrants and refugees from conflict areas cook dishes from their place of origin on Sundays and interact with the diners thus helping their integration in Polish society. Food offered will include at least one vegan choice. Acts as a store on other days selling produce and house-made preserves. Previously called Kuchnia Konfliktu. Open Sun 13:00-18:00.

Great! - Edit
Truly, a place with a mission. Since converting into a grocery store, they offer fresh produce, delicious food made by refugees (so local delicacies from all over the world) and some quality products from small Polishes businesses. The staff are all helpful and super friendly.

Best food with amazing idea - Edit
This is one of my favourite places to eat lunch. They serve only 1 type of soup/main/dessert per day but they do it amazingly or at least very well (depends on the day and your taste). My mind was blown with taste multiple times. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A must on the map of Warsaw!

(delicious) food with a purpose - Edit
Kuchnia Konfliktu is a wonderful restaurant, which not only serves delicious food, but also makes the world a better place by hiring refugees. because of that you can try out different foods from cuisines, which are usually not available in Warsaw. their lunches plates are usually composed of many different things, which makes them even more delicious. Kuchnia Konfliktu also organizes events and sells products made by refugees.

Cons: their desserts are usually dairy-based :(

Delicate vegan food - Edit
This food truck has a limited choice but all items have a vegan option. They are currently located by the river but with the end of summer I reckon that they will find another spot.
Read moreI tried the stuffed parantha (flatbread) and the potato dumplings and both were delicious, with very delicate textures and great taste.
The menu might change as dishes are prepared by a group of migrants residing in Poland, cooking typical dishes from their country.
This truck also carries an important message of awareness raising, support and integration of asylum seekers and refugees as the cooks had unfortunately to flee their countries of origin.
Definitely worth going.
