Elaborate vegan options - Edit
Kobe is an expensive restaurant but we found it worth it as the food was delicious and the ambience relaxing and cozy! They have various vegan options, though the starters are limited (only edamame). I had the vegan chef’s combinations plate which came with 20 pieces of sushi.
Read moreI also ordered the vegan mochi dessert. I had chocolate and passion fruit. The (vegan) mochi flavors aren’t always the same so make sure to ask the waitstaff.
I have only ever experienced high quality vegan sushi at fully vegan restaurants, so this was a treat!
Pros: Creative and elaborate vegan options, Cozy and relaxing ambience, Fast service
Cons: Expensive, Only two dinner dining times ( 19:00 or 21:15)

The Vegan optons on the menu are limited - poke bowl or sushi plate.

Interesting combination of flavors (not the usual cucumber or avocado fill).
Really nice to have a more elaborate vegan option for once.
Waiters are friendly and the restaurant has a modern vibe.

The vegan platter was good and had original flavors. The only vegan options are the platter and a sushi bowl. The food looked really nice.

Kobe had both a 20 piece sushi platter which was amazing and a poke bowl which I didnt try. They also had mochi which was vegan, for dessert.

They serve a vegetarian plate that can be made Vegan. 20 pieces 8 different kinds. The plate was really colourfull and the taste was really good. Maybe the most creative Vegan sushi flavours I ever had, not just avocado and cucumber.

I've eaten here twice now and it's honestly the best vegan sushi I've ever had. The Secret Garden platter can be made vegan and it's delicious. Forget about the usual avo and cucumber maki. This one includes things like watermelon, aubergine, tofu, mango, mushrooms, etc. (they seem to change it up a bit every time). Staff are very friendly as well. Yes it's expensive but given the location and the quality/creativity it's acceptable.

Amazing vegan sushi - Edit
I had dinner at Cobe with my parents yesterday evening and it was great. We are 3 vegans and 1 vegetarian. We ordered vegan sushi platters and it was SO GOOD. I have never had vegan sushi besides avocado and cucumber maki. It was nice to see that the chef did an extra effort to make great vegan sushi. They also had a vegan dessert which was amazing. The meal was pricy but totally worth it. Staff was also friendly. Highly recommend.
