They difference to other poké restaurants is that they are very vegan friendly. The vegan ingredients are a vast majority of the menu, and all vegan options are labelled, including the toppings and dressings. They offer different vegan protin sources such as edamame, tofu or local brands (heura and sojalitas). They even have vegan brownies.
