The downside is the lack of seating!

Knowledge staff and great vegan options - Edit
Many of the chocolates are vegan and plant based milks offered. You don't feel at all limited. Interesting flavour combos! Staff are helpful in offering recommendations for what goes well together. Just disappointing that even drink-in drinks are served in single use cups. Bring your own cup if going here.

Wide range of vegan hot/cold chocolate options, 5 different plant milks, all dark chocolate (54% and up) are vegan plus a special 38% oat milk "m*lk" chocolate is vegan. Vegan whipped cream same price as dairy whipped cream.

Pros: 38% vegan oat m*lk chocolate , All chocolate mixes 54% and up are vegan, 5 different plant milks and vegan cream
Cons: Marshmallows contain gelatine/not vegan or veggie , All pastries aren't vegan (except Brighton branch)
