Unique street food-inspired experience - Edit
Spent five days in Hamburg and found myself here on four of them. Admittedly not a very difficult search because it was quite obvious to anyone who knows me, including myself, that I would go here. I like vegan Asian food, and Kkokki’s menu, being mostly Korean, is refreshingly different from what “vegan Asian food” usually means in Germany. Highly recommended at least once for the experience.

Ergänzung nach einem weiteren Besuch im Sommer 2026: Ich ernähre mich glutenfrei und es gibt kaum glutenfreies und warmes Essen. Weil ich großen Hunger hatte, sind wir letztlich in ein anderes Restaurant gegangen. Deshalb leider nur 4 Sterne.

I got the tofu and cauliflower fried chicken anf vegan sunny side up egg and both is so good. The gochujang sauce is not too spicy and delicious and the egg somehow is so egg like its crazy. The housemade kombucha is also very good. I highly recommend this Place!!

A very cute restaurant with an interesting concept: you write down your order and are given a little “bell” to call the staff. There are also small coloring sheets to pass the time😄The food itself is super delicious and it’s a great place to share several dishes. The atmosphere feels authentic and there are plenty of seating options.

Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Extrem leckere Gerichte und viele Dinge, die man sonst fast nirgends finden kann, zum Beispiel veganes Spiegelei. Außerdem war der Service sehr nett und schnell, obwohl es sehr voll war. Würde ich jederzeit wieder hin!

Ich hatte das no crispy chicken (so hieß es glaube ich) mit tofu und Blumenkohl und es war ein Traum! Die Soße und der Reis dazu war auch top! Beim nächsten Mal würde ich es jedoch nur mit Tofu bestellen. Die Tapas waren auch top.

Ich habe das koreanische Sushi und das Mixed „fried Korean chicken“ mit Tofu und Blumenkohl ausgewählt. Beides war lecker, ich würde diese beiden Gerichte aber mit einer 7/10 bewerten. Service war gut und das Getränk sehr lecker. Ich werde bestimmt nochmal wiederkehren, um andere Optionen auszutesten und ggf. ein Update schicken.

Man schreibt seine Bestellung einfach auf einen Zettel und klingelt anschließend nach dem Personal. Dadurch kann man ganz entspannt auswählen, ohne Zeitdruck beim Aussuchen der Gerichte.
Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch ordentlich scharf. Mein Mann und ich haben beide die Schärfestufe Buldak gewählt – perfekt für alle, die es richtig spicy mögen.
Der Reis war schön sticky und der eingelegte Rettich super erfrischend. Das hat einen tollen Kontrast zu den eher schweren Komponenten gegeben.
Der Tofu und auch der Blumenkohl waren allerdings in einer sehr dicken Teigschicht frittiert. Dadurch sind die Gerichte ziemlich sättigend und eher schwerer.
Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man Lust auf veganes koreanisches Fried Chicken hat.
Pros: Cooles Bestellsystem ohne Zeitdruck, Sehr leckeres und angenehm scharfes Essen, Toller sticky Rice und Rettich
Cons: Etwas schwer, wenn man eher leichte Küche sucht
