Good service, terrible food - Edit
Food quality was zero stars.
Read moreI swear I’m not a ridiculously picky person or anything. I just have actual taste buds and actually like things with flavor. This ramen had no flavor. They could have at least experimented with adding garlic or something but the broth is just miso, sesame oil, and soysauce. It’s essentially a bunch of salt in a bowl. The “vegan pork belly” is super unseasoned and bland. Tastes more like rubber than food. It really feels like they didn’t try at all. The more you eat it, the grosser it gets.
I’m big about not wasting food. Never in my life have I not finished the food in front of me at a restaurant. This is the first time I simply wasn’t able to finish it because it was that tasteless.
1 star for good service. Waitress was knowledgeable about what was vegan and what wasn’t.

Delicious - Edit
The restaurant was very cute and clean. Very nice details to the experience. The staff was extremely kind and informative, clear understanding of what was vegan. I got the veggie ramen with vegan pork belly. I've never been a fan of pork but like to give vegan alternatives a try. Not a fan but my husband said it was really good and he is not vegan. We also got the potato croquettes and fried lotus root. The mango yuzu green tea was refreshing. Thank you again to our server, you were lovely 🫶

Great vegan option! - Edit
Nice sit-down restaurant with authentic kitchen. Enjoyed the vegan ramen. I added tofu and kale noodles. Veggie gyoza was pretty good too. Cabernet was good.

Decent Ramen for a chain - Edit
What I like about Kizuki is that no matter what resturant I go to they always have the same menu and quality. This seattle location is by far my favorite though. I love the atmosphere and area it's in, the servers are also very friendly. The basic vegan ramen can be a bit bland so I ask the servers to add some more spice and garlic which makes it wayyy better. Check it out!

I love their vegan ramen option. It's very flavorful and I like all the various things that are included in it. It's filling and satisfying. This is a great place if you're meeting up with a nonvegan friend and need a place where you won't starve! My nonvegan friend and I have been here twice and we really enjoyed it.

Vegetarian Ramen Spot - Edit
It was a decent ramen for being vegetarian. The broth was very rich and delicious. I wish they marinated the tofu as it was plain and still cold but everything else was tasty!
