I asked to see the plant based menu and was pleasantly surprised to see several options. Also, the pastry stand at the entrance, BAKES, has several vegan options. I had the Vegan Indian Bowl, it was well thought out and balanced, very flavorful and reasonably priced. Then, I tried the pistachio cookie that's filled with strawberries - hands down, one of the best cookies I've ever had. Also, I should mention that the staff was very friendly, knowledge and quick.

Probably the best mall option - Edit
Decent options at about the same price as non-mall eateries. You can find out on the bottom floor south of the food court. Key point- not in food court area.

The Vegan Reuben Sandwich is 100% recommended. Everything about it is delicious, from the bread to each ingredient. If I'm not mistaken, the vegan Pastrami is from Planticeria. The falafel pocket is quite plain in taste but healthy.
