Vegan Tempeh Mexican Bowl - Edit
There is only one vegan option, but they also serve mushroom tacos, which I think are probably vegetarian. I'll ask the staff next time

Tasty and filling - Edit
There’s not many options in this area for vegan food, so we were pleased when we saw the vegan nachos sign through the window of the Commissary by chance. I’m not sure if the nachos are actually still available (they aren’t on the menu) but there was a tempeh rice which was tasty and filling. There’s also a mushroom taco for anyone vego on the menu, and gluten free churros
