She catered our New Year’s Eve party and we’ve had other dishes all of which I’ve been delicious! You can order weekly from her website for home delivery.

Delightful dinner! - Edit

I have been savoring a variety of wonderful meals since I discovered Kind Cafe and Catering, but the Cauliflower Piccata on Bethanny’s current Passover/Easter menu is a masterpiece! Perfectly roasted cauliflower steaks are enhanced by sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes and the subtle lemon flavor of the piccata sauce. If you love cauliflower as I do, this meal is pure bliss. All of this goodness is placed on a bed of rice pilaf. Even Bethanny’s rice is the best I have ever enjoyed—always light and fluffy. Also included on the Easter menu are delightful Lemon Raspberry Pound Cake Bites. They make a perfect sweet ending to a glorious meal. I am a dedicated vegetarian but my husband is not, and we both love dinners and desserts from Kind Cafe and Catering.

Everything was awesome! - Edit

I’m not a vegetarian or vegan but I invited guest over who are so I decided to order from Kind Cafe and Catering. Everything was delicious! The packaging was well done and included instructions for heating and set up. Both were easy to follow. I don’t think I have ever had a salad so light! I honestly can’t say enough good things about the food. Our vegan guest ended up not showing up which meant more food for us so we didn’t mind at all. All of my vegan meals in the future will be Kind. Thanks for a great experience!

Simply Delicious! - Edit

I ordered the Mushroom Parsnip Pot Pies as an appetizer for my Thanksgiving Meal. They could have been a main entree! They were so delicious and a huge hit with my family. My niece said "I don't even like mushrooms and these are excellent". No left overs on these.
Bethanny delivered them right to my front door the day before Thanksgiving with great directions for warming up and they turned out perfect. I highly recommend the Pot Pies and can't wait to try her other treats.
