I had the maverick burger with tots and a strawberry milkshake! The shake was delicious. The burger was also very good, although I didn’t care for the bun (very dry). Parking out the front/side/back. Order at the counter and they will bring it to you. Nice man taking orders and bringing the food to you. Great to have an all vegan place!

I got the ghost burger and cosmic fries and my wife got the bbq Sammie and it was phenomenal. This place is a hidden gem and is the best vegan food we’ve had in San Antonio. Needs to be more popular!!!

We had a good dinner of a burger and tacos with a side of kale. My wife had all good things to say about it. She has a very finicky palate. I loved the burger 🍔 and enjoyed the tacos 🌮 🌮 🌮

I tried Kind Burger for the first time, and I found it moderately disappointing.
Read moreInitially, I was excited about the restaurant due to the building. It looked like the type of place where you sometimes find hidden culinary gems, but that didn't happen.
When I entered, neither of the two people present made me feel welcomed, at all. A sign outside the building said "now open" which would have me believe that it is a new restaurant that would want to build up their list of repeat customers. I never felt that.
I purchased the number 2, kind burger and sweet potato fries. The taste of the burger was different, but not bad.
The problem was that I couldn't enjoy the taste of the burger due to the buns, especially the bottom bun. The buns were falling apart faster than I could eat the burger, even with my attempts to hold the burger together with it's paper wrapping. Because I was hungry, I didn't wait to get home before eating. I ended up at a park a couple of miles away, which was probably a good thing.
Overall, for what it's worth, I won't give it a bad review, but I also couldn't see myself recommending it to anybody.
Pros: The outside of the building , The name of the restaurant , The flavor of the 'meat'

Small hole-in-the-wall that turned out to be a little hidden gem. On the menu today: nachos and vegan wings with lavender lemonade to drink. I forgot to take before pics, but did get a couple mid-meal snaps. The food was really good and the staff was friendly. Couldn’t beat the price, either. The nachos were quite a large portion, lots of tasty fresh ingredients. The lemonade was a bit on the sweet side for me but the staff was accommodating when I asked to add more water to mine to make it more palatable. Would def go again.
