Vegan comfort food - Edit
We found this place the day we arrived in Valencia, jet lagged and hungry, and had a wonderful lunch of tasty appetizers. The sauces are excellent, the aioli has lots of garlic! There is a beautiful selection of desserts,we took some cheesecake with us to have the next day for breakfast. We liked the food so much we came back for a dinner of yummy burgers. Highly recommended.

Read moreWe arrived just at opening, and got a table. The restaurant proceeded to fill up around us, and there were people queuing out the door for this place, the whole time we were there!! As we got up to leave, there was a chap hovering around waiting to nab our table.
The food was incredible! Take the calories and have dessert, you won’t regret it!!
Oh! And they are dog friendly too!
RETURNED ONE YEAR ON!

I really don’t like frozen fries. There also was a bit too much paper and plastic for my taste: a little paper cup for the fries and a different one for the sauce, a little plastic cup for oil and vinegar (which I didn’t ask for), another plastic packet for salt (also unasked for), and a sheet of paper at the bottom of the tray. The salad was good, though, and the edible bowl likewise. Slightly below average price/value ratio.

Good but slow - Edit
Excellent choices of starters, mains and desserts. Prices were ok. But queuing at lunchtime on a Sunday to order was painfully slow and the food wasn’t particularly warm, perhaps because they use paper containers. I can’t believe service is always that slow, so I suspect it might be closer to 4.5, but I can only score based on my experience on the day.

Really nice spot for a quick snack, we had the fries (insanely good with some Smokey tofu [I would assume] on top), the nachos (!!), and gyozas (which were ok, but couldn’t keep up with the others).
Nice spot, friendly staff, good location, nothing more we need😄

everything was great! we visited Valencia for two days and we ended up eating in Khambù twice!!! the burgers are juicy, the fries crunchy, the sauces delicious and the service amazingly fast! apart from the burgers, there are also bakery options like cakes, croissants and desserts that are also super tasty!!! Can't wait to visit again soon!!!

C’était bon mais pas extraordinaire, mon burger aux onion rings manquait vraiment de sauce (j’ai ajouté du ketchup en “libre-service”), en entrée les brocolis cuits vapeur avec la sauce cacahouète étaient moyens (sauce fade j’ai du rajouter pas mal de sel sans que ça ne règle totalement le problème).

El mejor restaurante vegano de Valencia - Edit
Fui desde Elche (Alicante) hasta Valencia porque había visto buenas reseñan en rede sociales y la verdad es que ha cumplido todos mis expectativas. Las hamburguesas estaban deliciosas! Pedimos la Indian con suplemento de cebolla caramelizada y la Urubamba. Super super ricas. El pan de cristal ligeramente tostado es delicioso! De entrantes pedimos patatas Tabu con queso y bacon vegano (el mejor que he probado ) y unos nachos con picadillo delicioso, los nachos eran caseras y estaban muy muy ricos. Las cantidades de todo me parecieron perfectas, nada pequeñas. Los postres , una delicia. Pedimos el brownie para tomar allí y nos llevamos cronuts de Lotus y chocolate negro con galleta (una especie de donuts con masa de croissant) que nos enamoraron. El personal era encantador! El local estaba lleno y nos trataron super bien y con mucha atención. Además, el precio es inmejorable, nos sorprendió muchísimo gratamente. Si vais a Valencia , es una parada obligatoria, seas veganos o no ! (yo fue con gente no vegana y les chifló 😉). Estamos deseando volver para probar más cosas!
