Pretty good - Edit
The menu has 4 items labeled with a (v) including French toast, so I’m unsure of the v denotes vegan or vegetarian. The hummus avocado sandwich was delicious but difficult to eat as an actual sandwich. The Agassi want quite ripe but that’s understandable. Other (v) labeled choices include the dragonfruit bowl and avocado toast.

Good museum cafe vibes - Edit
I visited a couple of times during my stay in Akureyri and tried both the avo toast and the hummus sandwich. Both were good, as was the coffee. The cafe is located in Akureyri Art Museum and has that cute museum cafe vibes.

Lovely lunch - Edit
This place was super close to our accommodation so we thought we’d try it for lunch. Had the avocado hummus sandwich with an oat milk flat white. The food arrived fast and was very fresh. The interior of the cafe was cute too, it’s situated within an art museum. As always with Iceland, on the more expensive side of things.

Ketilkaffi has a different vegan lunch dish mon-fri, I have had a miso soup and avacado and hummus sourdough toast, both were delicious. Great coffee and nice staff! Def recommend for lunch or breakfast😌
