Muchas opciones vegetarianas - Edit
Tienen menú en inglés y muchas opciones vegetarianas. El lugar se ve limpio (no como otros restaurantes de sushi con correa)

Cheap and yummy - Edit
There’s a big queue but goes down in about 20-30 mins - arrive when you’re just starting to get hungry and not starving. We came at lunch and got a free beer, not sure if they do this every day. There’s lots of vegan options, most are about 100 yen. These aren’t marked but you can ask or it’s quite easy to work out as ones with mayo are marked. We didn’t realise about the fish sauce in the soy sauce unfortunately so bring your own.

Not for vegans - Edit
The soy sauce contains fish, and the chefs don’t wash hands after handing the fish, so there will most likely be fish juice mixed in the sushi as well.

Best sushi I’ve had - Edit
Soooo many veggie options, I was super surprised and happy! Most of the veggie options are only ¥100, so it’s cheap as well! Highly recommend.

Good sushi but shark fin soup - Edit
I have been here a few times as the food is affordable and the sushi does taste good. The corn sushi in particular was a nice surprise-unique but tasty. Also they serve a cucumber wrap which is delicious and refreshing. However please note that this place serves Shark Fin soup. I actually thought it was illegal in most of the world but I guess not in Japan which is disappointing. Also, the table sauces contain fish. There is a 7/11 down the road that sells soy sauce so buy some there or bring your own.
Read moreNote that if you sit at the round main table (the bar) in the centre, the ordering process is different. You don’t order from the iPad. Instead you fill out a form and hand it to the chef. If you sit in a booth you can order from the iPad. The process is straightforward either way so do not worry about this. There is explanation on how to order at the bar in the menu folder. The chefs hand your food directly to you and they are very efficient and friendly.
Pros: Veggie sushi is very tasty , Complimentary unlimited matcha tea , Very affordable
Cons: Shark fin soup, Fish in the provided soy sauce , Be prepared to queue (it moves quick)

Decent and cheap - Edit
There is variety of vege options. Very cheap sushi in the center of Shibuya. The quality isn’t the highest, but it’s a decent food for low money. Would go again for some fast and cheap lunch, but nothing more

Non-vegan soy sauce... - Edit
I went to Katsu Midori a couple of times because it has more veggie sushi options than most places in Tokyo, which, unfortunately, focus on fish. The sushi is cheap and tastes fine, especially if you're not a big connoisseur. The place is good for those who speak no Japanese - you order everything from an English menu and interaction with staff is minimal - that is why so many tourists seem to come there - there's always a queue. However!!! I was shocked to discover that the soy sauce available in this restaurant is not vegan - it contains fish. Once, the staff was so kind to give me some bbq sauce instead (apparently vegan), the other time I just brought my own soy sauce. For that price it's fine, especially if you really want to have sushi in Japan.

Don't use soysauce here! - Edit
Soysauce here is NOT vegitarian. It contains extract from fish, bonito. But sushi without soysauce? Better use your own soysauce!

Best Sushi I ever had - Edit
After a long wait ( wich went quicker then expected) we got a table at the belt. The chef was really friendly. There are a lot of vegan options to choose from. There’s a menu with english explanations, so you know with ones to order. It all tasted great. The check was also a nice thing. It was cheaper then expected. Would definitely recommend it.

Went here with friends that aren’t vegan. I managed to eat some vegan sushi. Nigiri with avocado and eggplant. They have tofu, seaweed soup that was amazing. Temaki plum. I was impressed with the options they had.

Great Vegan Sushi - Edit
This place is perfect for lunch/dinner if you’re in Shibuya. It’s in the Seibu 1 building and it’s very close to the Shibuya crossing. Look for the crosswalk that ends at a huge Starbucks and that’s the building! Food is very cheap for Shibuya. Around ¥100 for all vegetarian/vegan rolls (you can specify on the ordering system to not receive may) and around ¥260 for avocado tempura! Rolls include; Seaweed Pate temaki, Grilled Corn nigiri, pickled daikon, peppers and lots of other vegetable maki, inari etc etc!

Heaps of vegan options, decent food but a sushi chef literally grabbed a fish out of a tiny windowless tank and killed it with his bare hands in front of me. Pretty horrifying

conveyor belt sushi - Edit
This feels like an authentic Japanese restaurant, and it was unlike any restaurant I've eaten at before. It's on the 8th floor of the Seibu building (I think that's the name; it's right next to Shibuya crossing). Menu has English names and pictures, although some items I was unsure if vegan or just vegetarian. But there were enough vegetable rolls and items that I was sure are vegan to make for a delicious and filling meal, all at a great price! You can order items from the menu or just take items from the conveyor belt and they charge by the plate, although most of the items that come by on the conveyor belt are not vegan. But all in all this restaurant was awesome, I would love to go back and I recommend it!

Very little selection for vegans, but there is enough for vegetarians. The prices were great and the taste was delicious! The rotating belt is so cool, and they have a toy train that comes in for special orders.
