Great the second time!

I think it’s about what you order here. The first time, I got the Sweet and Salty soba and the Katsu. The Katsu was pretty good but the soba was underwhelming.

I went again last night and got the Onigiri Sandwich and their special right now, Beef Tips and Miso Butter soba, which was SO GOOD. The sandwich was incredible (had never had vegan spam but it was delish) and the soba worth every penny.

Overall would recommend!

Pros: Onigiri sandwich, Beef Tips and Miso butter soba

Cons: A little pricey (but understandably), Ordering in person takes a while to receive

Excited to eat here again!

I liked all the options they had and I’m excited to try more of the menu! I got the soba with miso and kabocha tempura and it was really good! Kind of a long wait but it was definitely a dish I haven’t seen at other places and it was great.

Pros: Exciting menu, Great tempura

Bland/hair in food

I normally love Japanese food but the flavors of the sweet and salty soba were just bland. The fried kabocha that came on top was borderline burnt and just tasted like overheated oil. Then to top it off I had to pull a long hair out of one of the fritters which really ruined it for me. Really wanted to love this spot!

Pros: All vegan, Unique food options

Cons: Bland, Hair in food

Hits the noodle craving spot!

They have gluten free noodles for the soba! And a few other gluten free options as well. It definitely hits the pile of creamy noodles craving, and the portion size was great. It was a bit heavy on the cabbage and light on the other veggies, but overall tasty and filling. The truck is located in a community park with coveted picnic tables. There is another food truck and a vegan Cafe next door too! Looking forward to more visits.

Pros: Gluten free options!, Location - in a park, Good prices

Very good vegan Japanese food for a food truck.

I got the mushroom takoyaki balls and a soba noodles bowl, both of which were very tasty and in good portion sizes. I look forward to trying more items on their menu

Pros: Lots of options, Friendly staff, All plant based
