Very tasty food

I didn't have high expectations when we came here, but I was surprised to find that the food had very good taste. We're going back for more and also to have some dessert, because this time we ate to much and there wasn't any space left for anything else.
The staff was very nice.

Unbelievable, daily changing menu and all of it fantastic! Would really recommend arriving at opening time to 1: secure a place to sit and 2: eat first pickings and all the amazing food on offer! Really well priced at 9.50€ for adult all you can eat dinner buffet, drinks and desserts also on offer!

Must do!!

Pros: Tasty, Fresh, Cheap

Hearty buffet

A really good buffet, great value at both lunch and dinner. They normally have 4 Indian-inspired vegan / veggie choices, along with 3 grain-based options, some starters (pakoras, etc.) and a decent salad bar. Very filling. Staff are nice and accommodating. Bear in mind that the restaurant itself is rather small relative to its apparent popularity, so be prepared to share table space and eat efficiently.

good buffet

It’s a simple place with friendly staff. The buffet offers a wide variety, I tried it all. I have to say there was only 1 item, which really stood out - the lasagna. The rest was ok, some of it a bit too bland for my taste. But I would still recommend it.

Pros: cheap, all you can eat , variety

Cons: food can be bland

Incredibly delicious!!!!

This one is the Portugal´s best vegan option! There is 7,5€ menu of soup, salads and botomless plate of variable meals. Coffe,/drinks and cakes are paid extra. Kind staff and the food was so delicious that I could not stop eating haha. Lots of different bowls with everything thinkable, many sauces/dressings/seasoning.
This is a must in Lisboa !!!!!!!!!

Pros: delicious taste, good price, location

A must when visiting Lisbon

I only have words of praise for this place. We went twice for lunch within a week and each time there were completely different (delicious!) hot dishes. We arrived just after 12 both times, easily got seats and were served promptly. 7.50€ for the buffet lunch - yes it really is all you can eat. I feel like no one judges here. Drinks were standard Lisbon prices, 1.50€ for an iced tea. My favourite dish was the small lasagne parcels filled with soya meat. The casserole dish was super divine as well. Would have happily eaten here every day but forced ourselves to branch out to other vegan places in order to support them as well! Try and go just after 12 if you can, Thursday lunch was completely packed out by 13.30!

Pros: all vegan. all you can eat. great price

Cons: there is pressure to get a drink.. water comes in

Delicious and filling

I went for the first time November 2016 and then again a few weeks ago. It was just as good both times! The all you can eat lunch time buffet is €7.50 which is very reasonable. I particularly liked the lasagna and the bhajis. A huge salad bar too! It got busy quickly both times I went, so it could use more seating, but maybe the space is too small for that.

Pros: Fresh, varied buffet , Reasonably priced

Cons: Gets busy quickly

Spiraling down...

I've been to this restaurant at least 5 times, and every time is worse than the one before. The last time I went there, the food looked, smelled, and tasted, like it had been constantly reheated and reused for some days already. The dishes that hold the longest, like their pappadums and vegan pizza were good, be the onion baji, the vegan meatballs,... The first time I went there, I felll in love, the last time, I left with my belly aching. I sure hope you take care of this, I love this place.

Pros: Cheap, Vegan

Cons: Food tasted like it had been reused for some days

A dream

We arrived just as the restaurant was opening and so had first pick to everything. All of the food was so incredible and I love how it showcased how diverse and delicious vegan food can be with foods in creamy sauces. Definitely left with a happy belly. This was 8 months ago and I can still attest that it was the best buffet I have ever been to.

Pros: Excellent food, Nice vibe, Good value

Vegan oasis, loved it!

Amazing buffet - kudos for being all vegan! Great variety, tasty dishes, very filling, good price. Modest cozy interior, nice service.
They had around 8 main warm dishes and a whole other table with appetizers, salads and veggies, sauces and a soup.
Amazing variety of cakes - they had 6 options, I recommend the mango cheesecake. The deserts are not included in the buffet price but totally worth it :)
The only downside was that we could barely breathe or walk after this feast :)

Pros: everything

Cons: none

great selection

hand made goodness without a lot of flavor given the wide variety of ingredients. all you can eat we tried for dinner: we will be back for lunch and see if the food is any less bland! great service, priced right, a small buffet and cafeteria style shared table seating. thankful this exists! excellent helpful staff.

Pros: selection, Vegan!, quiet

Cons: bland taste

Fine for a quick meal

We weren't overwhelmed by this place, but it wasn't bad. There's a good selection of salad options and a few different curries, but the hot food was all lukewarm, and things you'd expect to be hot, like pakora, were cold. It wasn't bad though! Nice staff.

Excellent food and price

The value for money here is really exceptional, the the staff is super friendly, and I love the food (it has an Indian twist). If you find that the restaurant is packed when you arrive but the weather is nice, consider getting take away (you fill take away container at the buffet yourself) and eating in one of the nearby squares. Regardless of what you decide, you likely won't be disappointed.

Pros: Food is excellent, Excellent value for money, The staff is super friendly

Cons: Sometimes it gets too packed to get a table

unpretentious, simple, useful

This place is quick, cheap, and just the thing you're looking for in some situations.

It's essentially an all-you-can-eat Indian buffet. The dishes are mixed in their flavor and spice; nothing I had was overly bland, but nothing blew me away, either. But if you're hungry, need to load up on food, or just want to get seated and eating quickly (e.g., on a busy travel day, or when traveling with a small child), it's hard to beat. The buffet is fairly broad (salad, appetizers, mains, soups, …). Plus the price is extremely reasonable.

I can imagine that if you go at the wrong time you're eating something that's been sitting atop a heater for a long time, and that can get pretty awful. I may have been fortunate to go when food was being freshly prepared and brought out. Still, this place doesn't pretend to be fancy or have airs about being vegetarian. It's solid and unpretentious. That can be a relief to a veg traveler in Europe.

The location is also great (though you may need a bit of help taking the right exit out of the Baixa-Chiado metro): central, well-connected, and close to public transit, all good things for a visitor.

In some other European cities, this would be a 5*. In Lisbon, which now has several veg options, I'm giving it a 4*. Still, there's nothing wrong with it at all. Could easily see returning (and very nearly did).

Pros: good variety on buffet, very reasonable price, quick, easy, central

Cons: food can be somewhat bland, buffet means the food could be a bit old
