Authentic Japanese food

I've been here four times now (three times since going vegan) and it's one of my favourite restaurants. A little pricey, but it's difficult if not impossible to find authentic Japanese food outside of the Randstad in my experience. Call ahead to request the vegan five course meal, but I believe they can only do the vegan course meal on weekdays.
