My family of three had the mollete (which is a huge amount of food!), grilled cheese, and waffles. I also had the most delicious chai tea latte that I've ever had.

My favourite place I ate at in Mérida, would have gone again if we had more time! I got cold brew and the cookie dough bowl, the portion was large and filling. My partner got quesadillas - the cheese they use is the best I've ever had. They sell it to take home as well ☺️

The second time we visited, we had chai waffles again and quesadillas - mexican vegan cheese is so much better than any american vegan cheese..

During our four weeks in Merida my husband and I returned to JAJAJANA several times a week. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, awesome food and a friendly helpful staff. You really can’t go wrong with stopping by for a high quality breakfast or brunch.

Just the type of vegan cafe Merida needed! Located in one of the best barrios this cozy and fresh cafe offers some of the best vegan sweets and tasty coffee and Matcha. The cafe is one of the best vegan breakfast options in Merida and light meals for the afternoon. I've tried a lot of vegan cakes and cookies around the world, and Jajajanna rates at the top of my list. To be honest, it didn't even taste vegan. The owner is Welsh / Mexican and brings an international quality to her baking.

I had the jamón bagel which was really tasty, and had guacamole and vegan cream cheese in it. My partner had the hash brown bagel which was a change from the usual lunches we’ve had in Mexico. The coffees were lovely too. I tried the homemade pumpkin spice syrup and my partner had an Oreo Frappe, which was massive and contained vegan cream and chocolate sauce. We didn’t have any room for dessert but they looked amazing. Really friendly staff too. Go check it out!

We had a blue dragon smoothie, the chocolate protein bowl, the matcha pancakes and a very good Americano and a tea. I have to say, that everything was very, very good and tasty, a bit pricy but you have to pay for high quality! One negative point was, that the protein bowl was very sweet, which was almost a bit too much and left a hint from something like a snickers.

I really love the vibes of this restaurant. I ordered a cold brew and mushroom bowl and both were a great value. I almost couldn't finish the mushroom bowl, so make sure you come hungry!

Me encanta el ambiente de este restaurante. Pedí un cold brew y un bol de hongos. Los dos estaban muy bien de precio. Casi no pude terminar los hongos, así que asegúrate de venir con hambre!
También ofrecen una deliciosa kombucha hecha aquí en Yucatán. Se recomiendo que tome uno para llevar para sobrellevar el intenso sol de afuera.

Finding good chilaquiles is so hard... and Jajajana's are absolutely great. Their portions are very generous and the atmosphere is laid back. They also have very good coffee and bakery.
