Awesome authentic Italian - All Plant Based - Edit
Loved the Mushroom Alfredo Pasta here - so many choices! I will definitely be back to try more options too. Their pizzas looked amazing too! Great for Vegan, Plant Based, those seeking healthier Italian options, and great for bringing your non-Vegan friends & family. The food taste so good then will not miss any of the bar cholesterol or meat/dairy.

Everything was delicious and super fresh because everything is made in-house! The wood-fired pizza crust was stuffed with vegan ricotta! Insanely good! Chef Simon was super nice and personable too. This is a must- try restaurant in the Miami area!

Let me start out by saying that so far I've only come here for the sourdough pizza pop-up event. The food and experience was absolutely amazing! Every pizza was delicious in its own unique way. I am so impressed with the amount of time and dedication that went into making these pizzas. Absolute perfection.

We ate here in Dec 2025, and the food was good, but I wasn’t blown away by the quality. The star pizza was our favorite thing, it was delicious and the ricotta was amazing, but it made both of us sick to our stomach afterwards 💩. Perhaps it was too rich. The pasta dish we got was not very good. The dish lacked flavor, and I was disappointed that the pasta wasn’t fresh. It was just cheap boxed pasta. They also didn’t have any Italian wines on their menu. So not a great experience and wouldn’t come back again because of the sickness from the pizza.

The pizza dough is perfect- crispy and doughy outside.
The asparagus appetizer, had a perfect lemonade flavor, and the cheese and marinara mixture balance it out perfectly

We had the pleasure of talking to the owner/chef who told us that he veganized recipes that were passed down to him. The care and experience is evident. We loved the pasta, the calzone, garlic bread and pistachio cannoli. Would def eat here again when in town.

Best Vegan Italian in USA? - Edit
AMAZING real Italian food made by a guy actually from Italy. From the outside it doesn't look like anything, bit inside it is quite stylish and cozy. A great place for a date. Get a bottle of wine and dine in a relaxed European fashion. Really, the food is remarkable. Brought several people with me when I went back and they truly enjoyed it. My mom is from Rome so I'm not easily impressed with most Italian places. The star pizzas are special and totally delicious too! Note that because this place is run by actual Europeans service can be slow by American standards, but they were kind.

The food was so delicious and tasty, would HIGHLY recommend! The chef’s make everything in house (including the vegan cheese, vegan meatballs and bread), the food tastes really fresh and good size portions. Staff are really friendly and the restaurant is lovely.

Came here for dinner. The pizza is breast but decent. We got the Bianca which could’ve used some more sweetness like a balsamic glaze. They were also out of a few things. The eggplant and mushroom appetizer both used the same ricotta which was quite salty.

Intimate Italian restaurant set in a cozy space serving delicious all-vegan Italian food, with ingredients crafted in house. The food here was excellent. We ordered the meatballs, salsiccia pizza, and lasagna. The meal surpassed our expectations - everything was top notch. The pizza was one of the best vegan pies I’ve had in recent memory - so good. Also serve Italian wines and beer. Highly recommended and will be back.

Really inventive and delicious Italian food in Miami. It’s hard to impress some New Yorkers but this place totally did. Incredible food and totally reasonably priced.
