Good vegan selection - Edit

The restaurant has recently been renovated but the food seems to be mostly the same. What's new is they now also have a diy noodle bar, which I didn't try. The buffet includes a good variety of vegan food, though there could be more and a lot of the warm food options could be veganized. There are at least four different types of vegan sushi, two types of vegan dumplings, fries, spring rolls, tofu, rice, and salads. Coffee and tea is included. However, there are no vegan dessert options in the buffet. The restaurant is always clean and inviting and the food is of good quality. Service is good. As a local, this is my go-to place when I want to go to a buffet. The restaurant is often nearly full, but I have always been able to get in.
