This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been at. Not one of the best vegan restaurants or one of the best restaurants in Costa Rica. The food here was some of the best we have ever had (here in CR or home in the US). The flavor was amazing and the presentation was top notch. The worst part about going here? Trying not to overeat! If I am EVER near here again, I will certainly stop back!

We are vegan and just had a fantastic dinner at Indómitos. The wraps and the burger (olive&rosemarin bun, chipotle veganeese) were both excellent. The golden lemonade with turmeric can definitely be recommended, and the homemade ice cream and carrot cake for dessert were superb as well. Left happy and satisfied! 🤩

Really good food! I had the beyond burger with a garlic & onion bun, which was a bit too soft for my liking, but possibly another bun would be better. I enjoyed the onion rings too.

I ordered it to my hotel by WhatsApping the restaurant and then they charge a bit extra for delivery. Works really well if you’re staying up in the hills in Uvita.

Amazing place. We visited nearly every day we were in Uvita because there was so much on the menu we wanted to try. The options were thoughtful and varied, with a range of flavours. Every dish was vegan, with the choice of dairy cheese or eggs on certain options. Pricing was fair - the more expensive dishes tended to contain meat alternatives which were near impossible to find in most other places.

Lovely quiet spot that's hidden away in a garden. Extensive menu and the food was great. The staff were really friendly and service was fast enough, but not rushed.

Yummy but not SUPER flavorful - Edit
We got the bruschetta which is 3 different styles sourdough bread slices. We enjoyed this appetizer but got so full so quickly. We both got burritos and I enjoyed my partners even more than my own. I got the Indomitos burrito and he got the Dylan. I liked the Dylan because it had a super yummy aoli. What I can say is they had the best potato wedges I’ve had. I will most likely visit again soon during my trip. There’s so many options and they offer a chefs special which I thought was neat.

We got the crepes w/ vegan ice cream, the birria tacos (flavorful) just not a huge fan of the texture that’s a personal thing & the mushroom croquettes which also texture wise was not my personal cup of tea. Nonetheless I want to support vegan businesses as much as I can so I do hope you go and give them a chance!

Sfeervol restaurant waar je heerlijk vegetarisch kunt eten, bijna alle gerechten waren vegan dus ook daarin voldoende keuze. Diverse gerechten konden naar wens worden aangepast en ingrediënten weggelaten of worden toegevoegd. Vooral de burrito is een aanrader!
