Good for lunch - Edit
We had lunch here after visiting the vatican museums. Food is ok but no more, vegan options are not marked on the menu.

Staff very accommodating - Edit
They don’t have that many ‘vegan’ options on the menu, however the staff is more than happy to accommodate and was willing to prepare a vegan starter for me. I had a marinara pizza.
