A nice comforting hangover brunch. Dishes were somewhat lacking in salt and could be more flavourful, but maybe my expectations were too high after reading all these glowing reviews.

my go to ramen in Berlin - Edit
Was recommended the Tonkotsu Ramen when I first went. The veggie beef chunks were perfectly cooked and soaked up a lot of the flavour from the broth, which was rich without being too heavy. The space is cozy and the staff super friendly.

The ramen was delightful! I had the basil one and it retained the flavourfulness of a regular ramen with added notes of basil (kinda like pesto). And it was a delish vibe! Would recommend for sure.

Decent tonkotsu ramen - Edit
I got a duck starter (can't remember the actual name) and a tonkotsu ramen. I turned up at about 17.30 one evening and it was empty so I got served super fast and had time to get to the nearby soi and co.
Read moreTonkotsu ramen - lots garlic flavour in there broth and a good bit of creaminess but lacked a bit of body. I added a bit of chilli oil and that did help bring everything together better. The beef had a good texture and searing but could have done with some more seasoning. The other vegetable toppings were not very exciting: pak choi, corn and tomatoes
Duck - There was nicely cooked mock duck on top of some seasoned bean sprouts. The duck was tasty with a lot of flavour from the sauce, it was maybe a bit too salty. The duck was hot and the sprouts and bits were cold which was a bit weird but overall an enjoyable starter.

amazing little place with a good choice of ramen variety. The tonkatsu ramen was tasty and filling enough. My only issue is small quantity of vegan "beef". The flavor profile is also a bit muted, but good enough to warrant a second visit.

The ramen was very tasty, the broth was lovely. You can swap any ‘meats’ for wontons, which I did as I’m not a fan of fake meat. My partner had the vegan mince and really enjoyed it.

Would definitely visit again though.
