Seitan but that‘s all - Edit
It is a typical (mediocre) Kebab place in Leipzig. They have Seitan yes, but that‘s it. Only vegan sauce is Humus, Spicy and Sesame. Kebab was done without much effort and tasted just alright. There are much much better places in Leipzig. Would avoid next time.
