Best night I had in Tokyo

I booked the atelier dinner and cultural exchange. I feel very lucky to have met Miyo sensei and her daughter. Miyo is an extremely talented and humble woman with endless talents from caligraphy, making clothes, cooking, flower arranging and more. The evening ran over as we were having such a good time talking and eating. They email you ahead of time to ask what vegetables you like or don’t like, so the menu can be tailored for the guests, giving a personal touch. We got recipes in English to take home. I would highly recommend for those interested in vegan Japanese cooking.

Wonderful experience!

Feeling blessed to be able to learn about traditional Japanese cuisine from people who have gained knowledge over decades and are passionate about teaching it to others.
I took part in their Shojin, Tofu and Sushi class. All were a lot of fun and the food was delicious!
Organizer Naoko is translating for non-Japanese speakers and answers any questions you might have.
Miyo-Sensei is making pouches made of old kimono obi and presents one to each participant! ❤️
