Non molto vegan friendly - Edit
La prima cosa che tolgono con la bassa stagione (fine agosto per l'esattezza), sono i gusti vegani. Sono andata apposta per provare il pistacchio vegano e la motivazione per la sua assenza è stata che siccome vende meno degli altri DUE gusti di pistacchio non vegano (versione salata e versione pistacchi di sicilia), hanno deciso di toglierlo. Ovviamente però se ci sono ben altre due alternative di pistacchio, è normale che chi non è vegano non sarà mai incentivato a chiedere il pistacchio vegano, relegando la scelta a una minima percentuale di popolazione interessata. Ma se togliessero invece uno dei due pistacchi non vegani, scommetto che le vendite di quello vegano aumenterebbero. Inoltre alla mia delusione ha provato a spingere sui gusti di frutta e sul cioccolato fondente, gusti presenti in tutte le gelaterie italiane, quindi sicuramente non vale la pena venire apposta a Milano per prendere poi un gelato alla frutta. Peccato, perché questa sarebbe stata un’opportunità per offrire una maggiore varietà ed essere più inclusivi, ma sembra che questa scelta non sia stata considerata.

Amazing selection of flavours, delicious flavour - Edit
I adore this gelato shop as it has soo many vegan flavours and yet lots of regular flavours for anyone else you may be with. Pistachio is for sure the best vegan flavour! The guy who worked here was so nice and explained that all the vegan flavours are low sugar and contain stevia instead which was absolutely shocking because there is no stevia taste at all! Healthier and delicious!!
