Great ramen, great service - Edit
Most, if not all, ramen can be veganised. The tan tan men ramen is my absolute favourite, I can absolutely recommend this one. It's so rich in flavour and has a thicker, almost creamy consistency, it is absolutely to die for 😭. Everyone I know who tried it loved it.

Although they don’t advertise this on their website, all of their ramen can be made vegan! They add tofu instead of the meat and leave the egg out. It is definitely the best Ramen I tried in Austria so far!

you can order any ramen as a vegan option even it is not marked on the menu. tan tan men is not spicy at all, it is very peanut buttery and tofu is just delicious. best to have a reservation in the evening because it can get pretty busy.

I love this place, the best vegan Ramen in my opinion are the Tan Tan Men Ramen, they are spicy and full of flavors.
Read moreOn the menu there are a few options for vegan Ramen and you can order vegan Bao Buns too, you just have to ask. I got one with fried tofu, mushrooms and a mix of peanut sauce and a vegan spicy mayo and it was delicious.
There are two places the Ichi go ichi e and the Bao Bar on Dietrichsteinplatz both have the same menu and the same vegan options.
