The best cake I have ever had! - Edit
I have started going at least once a week to experience the godsend that are the cakes. I have orders a cake before for an celebration and everyone loved it! The ice cream is also amazing, and so are the staff!

Lovely place - Edit
I went in to get some pieces of cake for my birthday, and was happily surprised by the wide range of options. All cakes are vegan, and some also gluten free. They look amazing and taste even better.

Got to Ice Shack quite late on a Sunday, but there was still a good selection of ice-cream available - phew! - though it's a place that deserves to sell out everyday, that's how delicious their ice-cream is!
Read moreThere's also a good selection of games, and the atmosphere was so lovely and friendly. If were more local we'd be in here all the time I'm sure! But we're already looking forward to making the trip and coming back soon.

Staff are absolutely lovely people.

Best warned - Ice Shack will make you gain many many calories. Ice Shack has amazing vegan desserts - cakes, ice creams, smoothies, chocolate balls, cheesecakes. Plus there's lots of games for you to have fun playing with your friends. Enjoy loads!

Best vegan café in Manchester hands down. I come back whenever I can and I love it every time. I took three people today and then we all had to sit and chill for a while because we'd eaten so much sugar - lucky the place is so comfy :)

Everything about this place is just amazing!! From the second you walk in it is warm, friendly and welcoming. Such a nice chill atmosphere which you could just stay in all day. The owner and the guys who work there are all lovely and the food - WOW... honestly never tasted cake or icecream like it!!! Would 100% reccomend to anyone and everyone

I tried the Oreo cake, which brought mouth-watering memories back in vegan version, and it’s to die for. The ice cream is a delight as well and the cone is highly recommended. The prices are surprising in a positive way, and as an extra the place has many board games to play there and a great atmosphere.

What an absolutely awesome little place!!! 5 stars! Cold vegan icecream on a hot summers day what more could we ask for? ....they also have amazing cake and chocolate truffles and the most friendliest people such a cool chilled vibe! We played jenga and connect 4 whilst hanging out eating cake what a buz! They even host games nights there too! (Its right near bohoutopia & fuel btw aswell)

This place is lovely and perhaps in the most random of places!! Whoever served us yesterday afternoon (sorry we didn’t get your name) was so lovely with us, and he was really kind and patient when we couldn’t decide what to have for so long! I so wish I’d got pictures, but I had a cookie (amazing like you said!) with a scoop of sugar rush ice cream and bubblegum syrup. My boyfriend had a biscoff milkshake and he loved it. This place is amazing so quirky and cute with hundreds of options.

Had a lovely salted caramel milkshake and cinnamon cake! Woulda eaten a lot more if there was much left for cake options when I got there! Still good choices but clearly a busy enough place during the day.

The ice cream is delicious and always loads to choose from (I particularly recommend the blueberry flavour). Great cakes, chocolates, milkshakes and cookies too. The staff are really lovely and make the cafe a really wonderful, welcoming place to spend time.
