A menu of salads, soups, rice and noodle dishes is also available. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Reliable for vegans - Edit
They had a lot of tofu and plenty of vegetables for my bowl. Always reliable. Went for lunch and got the Asian salad. The greens on the salad were fresh and not just iceberg lettuce so I was happy.

Hu Hot is one of those places that the food is as good as you make it, given you pick your own ingredients! I love their tofu and veggies with the Feed the Hoisin sauce. Tell the chefs that you are vegan and they will clear/clean the stove from all the carnivores. They are kid friendly and if you go at a time that is not too busy (1400) it is fast. The management of this location are really accommodating. I do wish they would restock water chestnuts!

As a vegan it was definitely a treat to watch the grill master super clean the area to prepare my food with the clean spatulas. Even though I could’ve gone back multiple times once was more than enough. Everyone was nice and food was superfantabulous.😀😀😀

They cleaned their grill and used clean spatulas for me!! Vegan nomz!! Their sauces are labeled V for Vegetarian, S for Shellfish Free and all sauces are gluten free. I wished I could give it 5 stars!

This restaurant is very good. Great atmosphere and people. Food is delicious. They prepare it in front of you and usually use the same spatulas a lot but if you ask for clean spats they will gladly comply and are very friendly about it
