Vegan options, but they aren't great - Edit
Good on this place for offering vegan options — there are a fair few, including (apparently) their churros. The problem is that the food just isn't very good — oily, overcooked, and disappointing. If you want to enjoy Hugo's take care never to have gone to a Tacofino.

Recommended as a Mexican myself - Edit
I became vegan this year, and having good vegan Mexican is very hard, but looks like Hugo's already master it.I ordered a trio tacos, one of each vegan options. The mushrooms are always the lazy vegan option in a non vegan restaurant Mexican, but they went above and beyond by having the tofu chorizo I also love the coliflower one and pretty good size too.
