Something, at least... - Edit
Dinner is served buffet style. We were told what we could eat but decided not to chance IT. Went to the a la carte restaurant where the chef made us a vegan risotto and grilled vegetables. Both were very good. Breakfast had minimal choices - fruit, cereal, bread, no non-dairy milk. They serve a very large number of guests so difficult to get help.

Vegan - Edit
Good that there is a vegan option as there isn't much in the area. It doesn't look the best but it was surprisingly nice.

Surprisingly sufficient buffet - Edit
There are so little vegan options in the area we felt compelled to risk the hotel buffet and were pleasantly surprised, this will not be the best meal of your life but you will be able to fill up.
