Great fast casual place for bowls and salads - Edit
You can build your own bowl with tofu as a base, and all of the toppings are labeled with a V if they are vegan. There’s lots of yummy vegan toppings, like butternut squash, beets, cauliflower, edamame, etc.

i got a bowl from them from Too Good to Go, and there was so much flavor! the charred broccoli! the MUSHROOOOMS omgggg and they ACTUALLY season their tofu!!! super impressed for not fully vegan place
