I had one of the most humiliating and distressing experiences at this coffee shop. I was there with my family, including my young nieces, when the owner, Ulf Eichmuller, approached us in an aggressive and threatening manner.
His issue was with a single soft drink bottle on our table that we didn’t buy from the café despite the fact that we had already purchased several items. Without warning, he came over, pointed his finger at us, raised his voice, and scared the children. It felt like we were being publicly shamed for something that could have been handled with a simple, respectful request.
We told him we understood and would remove the bottle, but asked him not to shout or speak to us that way. His response? “If you don’t like how I talk, you can all leave.”
I’ve never been treated with such disrespect as a customer. This experience left us shocked, upset, and deeply uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families. There is no excuse for treating people this way.
We couldn’t even enjoy our food, we left the place with our plates and cups full.
We got the chocolate cake and the passionfruit cake. Neither of us really liked the chocolate cake - didn't taste much of chocolate, it tasted dull. The passionfruit cake was okay, but nothing special. On the plus side they had two kinds vegan cold chocolate milk (Oatly and Alpro).

Lovely café - Edit
Hollandia is a classic café in Malmö with a lovely feel to it. As a vegan you can choose from some different cakes and a avokado sandwich.
