Poor customer service

Usually I’m a big fan of Holland and Barrett for snacks. However, today we were queuing for an unnecessary amount of time as, out of four staff, three were dealing with a customer refund, just leaving one poor lady on the till to deal with a huge queue of people. Surely it would make more sense to have put an extra staff member on the till to serve the customers. A long and stressful wait when I was in a hurry.

Pros: Good vegan selection, Most chocolate is vegan, Good supplements for vegans

Cons: Poor customer service.
