Pleasantly surprised - Edit
Went here for the experience wasn't expected much from the vegan options. I had the capsicum (pepper) strudel. I thought it was really tasty especially the yoghurt sauce. I also had a pretzel. Very nice beer of course too. Loud, slow service and hard to get a table.

Überraschend gut - Edit
Personal war freundlich. Ich hätte nicht erwartet, dass die Qualität und der Geschmack gut ist. Es war aber wirklich gut. Barzahlung möglich.

Essen erstaunlich gut, eher knapp - Edit
Pros: Zwei vegane Optionen, Gutes Bier
Cons: Bedienung unfreundlich, Portion eher knapp, Etwas teurer

Good beer, okay mains - Edit
Had the vegan bell pepper strudel of the two vegan options, it was okay and tasted nice but not filling
Read moreOf the sides they are mostly not vegan, which is disappointing. As of my visit the pretzel is vegan, but we ordered saurkraut for the table and me and my veggie friend were saddened to see they added bacon for ? Whatever reason. A lot of sides have butter and/or lard in cooking process too, be careful.
A fun night out but not an amazing meal out for a vegan

Très bon mais portion trop petite - Edit
Délicieux mais la portion était trop petite pour le prix. Dommage, j'ai encore faim...

Good taste, no protein - Edit
There are two vegan options, the bell people strudel is pleasantly surprising in taste. High in carbs and has no protein value but is a good dish to hang out with non-vegans and share a traditional beer.
Read moreYou can share the dish but you will definitely go hungry.
Be careful with the boiled potatoes, ask for them without butter.

Pretzel was great, main dish was not - Edit
It was nice to have a few vegan food options at this legendary beer hall. Their paper menus clearly marked the 2 vegan main dishes, the Cheese Noodles and Bell Pepper Strudel and the online allergens food menu laid everything out. I had the (vegan) Cheese Noodles and they were quite oily and salty (wouldn’t recommend unless you’re starving). The pretzel, on the other hand, was huge and delicious. Though also salty but you can flake off the salt. Fun atmosphere with live music.

Please note that the pretzels are not vegan. I have asked. They contain lard. This is why they are not labelled as vegan on the menu.

Hofbraeuhaus Muenchen - Edit
There were two vegan mains on the menu. The vegan nudeln dish was not that great and it was nearly 15 euros…I honestly didn’t have high expectations anyway. The dish was covered in oil and needed salt pretty badly. They also offer pretzels (larger than the size of your head) and they are pretty delicious. While you can pay for your food with a credit card, you must have cash to buy a pretzel...makes no sense, but we luckily had 5 euros on us. Definitely a place to visit given the obvious popularity...best to go with beer and pretzels here (in my opinion).

Legendary Bavarian Beer Hall - Edit
Legendary beer hall with traditional Bavarian decoration, live music and food. There is even a Bavarian gift shop in the hall.
Read moreI went here with a big group and we had a great time. It's loud and a great vibe. There were two clearly labeled vegan mains in the menu. I had the Kasnudeln (14,90€) and it was delicious.
I had a great time here and would love to go back.
