While the vegan momos are clearly labeled, the labeling of the "vegi" burger is somewhat confusing. When ordering online it states that it is vegan but also comes with yogurt sauce. I left a note with my order just to be sure and it worked out fine. The food is pretty tasty. It's not really a burger but a steamed bun filled with tofu slices and vegetables.

Read moreNow talking about burgers: it's not a a standard burger; the bun is steamed, thus spongy and bland. The meat substitute is tofu, imo (pulled) mushroom would br more suitable.
The house salad sauce is sweet vinegary awesomeness.
Also, if you allergic to peanuts; let them know otherwise the burger is sprinkled w it.

The momos were good, not fantastic - Edit
For my taste the momos had a bit too much dough and too little filling. Still enjoyed them though. The bao burger is a welcome change from the bread version but a little bland in my opinion. But still worth a try. Good fries, though.

Bao Burger - Edit
I love their vegetarian bao burger. They are happy to make it vegan if you ask them to (they just replace butter and leave the yoghurt sauce out). It's really worth a try because I've never had something like it in Zurich and it's super delicius!
