I had seen a lot of great reviews so I wanted to try it before leaving Stockholm but tbh didn't have great expectations bc the food in the pictures did not look spectacular lol. But oh my!! We ate for an hour and a half and went home rolling down on our full bellies.
Read moreThe place is so beautiful and funky and has loads of outdoor tables, with an amazing view on the city and the sunset.
The staff is young and friendly, it's 16€ for students (20€ on grill day) and then you can eat whatever you want, no limit in quantity.
The food is very varied (the pics don't look amazing because it's always a pile of stuff lol) and tasty, cooked and seasoned well. I recommend to try a bit of everything and then refill with your fav things, you can't go wrong really!!!

Cons: be aware that buffet closes quite early, at 9pm!!

Big variety of vegan food. We went there twice, second time they also had a grill. For students there is a good discount. Water, coffee and tea were included. Really good value for money.

Go-to vegan place in Stockholm - Edit
This is my favorite vegan restaurant in Stockholm and I come back here every time I visit the city. They have an amazing buffet with a variety of delicious vegan foods. The allergens are clearly marked. It can get really busy during peak hours, so it can be helpful to book a table. During the summer there are plenty of seats outside.

This place is amazing, I would definitely recommend to go there if you're in Stockholm. We paid 168 sek and could eat everything from the buffet and have coffee or tea. Every dish was super tasty (especially the lasagna).

There is only one problem with eating the buffet at Hermans. It's that you only have one stomach. There is a sumptuous selection of delicious salads and dishes. And then there is also a buffet with grilled dishes. The place a very special one with gardens on different levels. If I have to criticize something, it is in terms of interior design. There will be slight congestion at the entrance to the room at the buffet. But that does not change the fact that I would highly recommend the restaurant.

All vegan buffet? Yes please. Everything was so delicious, and you better believe we tried (at least) a scoop of everything! I especially liked the curry showcased for their Indian-themed night and the Caesar salad. We couldn't resist piling up multiple plates with food and embracing our fat American attitudes at Hermans.

Okay, you don't go to Stockholm if you are vegetarian without going to Hermans. It's an icon, and rightly so. Big, rambling, young-oriented buffet restaurant overlooking a major chunk of Stockholm. Basically bottomless food for reasonable prices, and you get that great view the whole time. The food is good. Everything is pretty much self-serve, so there isn't much to say about the staff. The few interactions were quite positive. A lot of the seating is outdoors, so in bad weather (we were there in great weather), it could be less accommodating and fun.

Es war mega lecker. Eine große Auswahl an veganem Essen. Bei Hermans ist alles Vegan, man bezahlt einen Preis und kann sich soviel nachholen wie man will. Es ist zwar recht teuer, aber wenn man sehr viel isst, ist der Preis gerechtfertigt. Getränke (Tee, Wasser, Kaffee) inklusive.

We are tourists from the uk and were excited to try this place. Although it was pricey approx £23 for buffet, all the food was incredible and so well presented. The blankets and refillable hot drinks really topped it off as there was a sudden rain shower. Would reccomend to anyone!

Amazing buffet and a cozy garden to sit in while watching boats go by. We got there in the evening while the sun was setting, which was great. They have their own brand of beers, a lager and a ruby ale. Visit this place if you are in Stockholm!

Herman’s is a must for anyone visiting Stockholm, also popular with non vegans but there is an all vegan buffet. The foods are fresh and flavourful, with a lot of veggies but there also are some meat alternative dishes. Everything is absolutely delicious, and there is filter coffee and teas included in the meal. There are other drinks and desserts to purchase as well.

Really good buffet with many options, everything is 100% vegan. The staff is very friendly. You can sit outside with a view on the Norrström. Big part of the terrace is covered so you can sit outside by rain and wind too.
