Excellent vegan sandwiches

These are some of my favorite Vietnamese sandwiches. The mock pork is especially good but the tofu is also great (I haven’t tried the other mock meat… I think it’s chicken but can’t remember). For vegan just specify no mayo/butter and glop on some extra hot sauce. They’re using great ingredients and excellent bread, so you won’t miss the non-vegan elements (or since it’s mostly take away you can add your own vegan mayo at home if you really want!)

I do wish they had a vegan mayo option. Maybe if enough people request it they will start to carry it!
