Cuánto he disfrutado con este sushi! Hacía años que deseaba probar un sitio así desde que soy vegetariana y no ha defraudado. El tempura roll estaba espectacular y el green roll también muy rico a pesar de que el hummus no me ha pegado mucho.
Read moreDe entrantes hemos pedido unos bombones de coliflor (cantidad grande) y un baoburger que no es lo que esperábamos, ya que el pan no es el bao que teníamos en mente. Aún así, me ha gustado la combinación de la piña asada y el kimchi.
Spoiler: hemos salido rodando, os podéis ahorrar un entrante, ya que el sushi viene en 10 unidades.

Was greeted in perfect English by a nice man who also makes the food. Open kitchen and cute little casual place. I had the cauliflower pieces with wonderful savory flavor. Also the sushi rolls are excellent. I didn't have the Ramen but I'll get that next time.Definitely worth checking out!

Loved helecho so much we went back twice. First time definitely ordered too much food, we got the tempura roll, cauliflower bombons, inari and the gyozas. Definitely some of the best vegan sushi I have ever had and my partner who isn’t vegan also enjoyed the meal.

Interesting rolls, generous portions, excellent food! - Edit
Helecho have a great range of sushi rolls to choose from and the size of them are generous compared to other countries I've had vegan sushi in (here's looking at Western Europe and the US). They also come with a side salad which is nice. We also ordered a burger made with a sweet donut-style bun which was pretty tasty and the sticky cauliflower wings were great too. Looking forward to trying more of the menu!

I was excited to find a vegan sushi spot so close to where we were staying. I really wanted to leave it, I really did, but I found the restaurant underwhelming.

The problem I found is that the flavour was a bit lacking in some of the dishes. We were recommended sushi wrapped in mango, but couldn't taste any sweetness. The other problem is that the sushi is served in 10 pieces, which is an awful lot. I'd have loved to have tried more of the menu, in smaller portion sizes. They would really benefit from a mixed platter or smaller sizes.
All sushi came with a side salad, which was a decent portion.
I would recommend eating here as a larger group of possible, to share plates and try more of the menu.

Tasty vegan sushi in Medellin! - Edit
Really nice little restaurant in the El Poblado area of Medellin and the best place we’ve eaten in Medellin so far. We had the Tropi-roll and Maki-roll, both were very tasty and refreshing, a nice change from fried food. They also looked really good and had been made with a high attention to detail. We also had the cauliflower bombons and Inari, both of which were delicious and enjoyable. The waitresses were friendly and at the end of our meal said we could pick a little origami figure that they had made to take home. Overall a nice experience and would recommend visiting if you’re in Medellin.

I came here three times during my 10 days in Medellin. I love the sushi rolls. I tried many of them. All great. They use a nice cashew cream cheese and some are tempura. Yum. The mushroom soup was good but not my favorite. I think the cauliflower bites could be more Japanese tasting rather than bbq sauce but still they were tasty.

My favorite spot in El Poblado Medellin - Edit
I came here twice during my visit to Medellin. The vegan sushi was spectacular, my favorite roll by far was the tropi-roll with mango. I liked the environment of the restaurant and really enjoyed speaking to the waiter who was very friendly and remembered me from my first visit earlier in the week. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in El Poblado.

Fresh & tasty. You'll do nothing wrong ordering this dish. Personally I like it bit more creamy and given the picture in the menu it seemed like that. But it's more like a normal broth.

Completely new taste to any Burger I had before. The pineapple and the other toppings made it bit acidulous which was a surprisingly nice thing. Especially adding some of the mayo which came with the fries has added to the taste imo.
All in all a round experience and I would definitely be back if visiting again 🌱

I went here for dinner with two friends. As a starter we shared the Inari (23.000 COP) and it was alright. The table next to us ordered cauliflower wings and it looked much better. I'll get that next time.
Read moreAs our main we shared a Tempura Roll, an Mx Roll and a Tropi Roll. My favorite was the Tropi roll, followed by the Mx Roll, followed by the Tempura roll. None of them were spectacular but if I'd go back I'd get the Tropi roll again and perhaps the Mx roll. I've had better vegan sushi in a lot of other places (in Europe).

I had the lemon cake dessert and it was amazing! Definitely a recommendation
